The main aim of the Pavlovsk palace restore is the reconstruction of the "Rossi Library". For this purpose in 2001 was create international foundation. Nikolay Tretyakov, the chief of the museum, and Marina Lebedeva, the chief of the international festival "Interior evolution" head this foundation. It is join now many famous politics, businessman and artists.

The Rossi library was destroyed during the II World War. For its reconstruction it is necessary to gather a large sum of money. If the work will be successfully complete, not only the historical interior will be reconstructed, but also the visitors can see here the original books of Paul I and read them.
